THE PROCESS

We have over 20 years experience creating models from varying levels of information provided, we have an Architectural background so understand the design and construction of buildings, therefore providing you with the confidence that the models created are accurate.

We can work with the following files

1. 3D Revit and AutoCAD Models - If you have an accurate detailed model we can adapt this into our workflow, saving you both time and money.

2. 2D AutoCAD drawings - we can create the models directly from your Architects and Engineers drawings ensuring the models are accurate.

3. PDF drawings - if you only have PDF files we can either convert them or trace over them to create the 3D model.

4. Photos - using photos , google earth we can use our Architectural background to create existing building models.

We will work with you from the start to ensure the end product suits your requirements, whether this is for marketing, planning, consultations or construction the following process will be followed.

Agree the brief to include views and / or animation paths required

Create or re use a 3D model which is detailed and accurate

Provide a wireframe image agreeing the views where applicable

Apply accurate materials and lighting

Provide images for comment / approval

Incorporate any changes

Issue final high res images

Animate the scene as agreed if required
